How to engage with this work
This 15-minute guided meditation invites you to take a moment to stop and digest your relationship to leadership, asking what role the more-than-human world plays to inform your leadership approach.
In this inquiry, we ask: what if leadership was not a system to control but a living system to tend? How do we see ourselves and our leadership as adaptive, relational, and alive, not something fixed or permanent?
You are invited to gently examine your existing leadership patterns, noticing where habits of control, urgency, or rigidity may be limiting your imagination and that of your team and colleagues. The session closes with a moment of integration and optional journaling prompts to support ongoing reflection.
So please do bring a journal along to this meditation and make sure you have somewhere quiet, private and comfortable to get the most out of it.
